How do I check my account balance?

After clicking on your Avatar, log in to the "My Account" tab, and then you can easily follow all your transactions related to your account from the "My Finance" section.

DigoClub has two different types of account balances. One is your standard wallet balance, and the amount you deposit comes directly to this wallet. You can only use it for purchases on the site.

The other one is your withdrawable balance. Only the amount you get from the sales you make in the player marketplace comes here. You can transfer your withdrawable amount to your bank or PayPal wallet.

After logging in, click on your Avatar, then the "My Account" button, and select the "My Bank Accounts" tab. From here, you can add your bank or PayPal account and following that, you are ready to withdraw money.

The answer to the question is yes.

If you have deposited money into your wallet and have not spent any of it, you can request a refund by creating a ticket. Your refund request will be processed within 48 hours, and the money will be transferred to your nominated bank account within seven (7) working days at the latest.

After logging in, click on your Avatar. Enter the "Withdrawable balance" tab on the open page and create a withdrawal request after adding your bank & Paypal account.

After logging in, click on your Avatar and the "Add Funds" button. Choose the payment method that suits you best and complete the money deposit to your account balance!
