What is DigoProtect for buyers?

DigoProtect is the system we use to ensure online shopping security on our website. Thanks to this system, we provide a 100% safe buying online environment for players. The system works as follows;


When you purchase an item, the price is deducted from your balance and held in the DigoClub blocked account.

The money is kept in the blocked account until your seller delivers the account, in-game item, gold, skin, cd-key or whatever you have purchased.

After your seller delivers the item to you via chat, if you go into the notifications section and confirm the transaction, the money will be transferred to the seller. Please do not confirm the transaction until you receive the delivery! This is very important for the security of your money.


What to do if the seller did not deliver the item?

If your seller did not reach out to you via chat and did not deliver the item, you can reject the order from your notifications section.

You have 24 hours to initiate the order rejection process. If you do not reject the order within 24 hours, the system will automatically confirm the order.

For rejected orders, you must provide proof of delivery. This evidence can be in the form of a video recording or screenshot.

The evidence you upload to the system is reviewed within 48 hours at the latest, and disputes are resolved. In some cases, the review process may take longer as proof will be required from your seller.

When the process is completed, if it turns out that you were right all along, an on-site notification and e-mail will be sent to you, and then your money will be returned to your wallet.

Message sellers only within our platform, avoid sellers who want to redirect you off-site, and please report them to us.


Stay away from account or item swapping; DigoClub can't support this kind of trade.


If a seller requests off-site payment from you, do not believe it and report them to us immediately.


Make sure you constantly change your e-mail address when shopping for accounts and take video recordings.

DigoProtect is the system we use to ensure online shopping security on our site. Thanks to this system, we provide players with a 100% safe shopping environment. The system works as follows;


When your buyer purchases an item, you will be sent an SMS, e-mail and on-site notification.

After the notification, you must log in to the chat and deliver the purchased item to your buyer without any problems. You must take a video recording while making the delivery.

After completing the delivery, you should wait for your buyer's approval. Your buyers have 24 hours for approval. If no action is taken until the end of this period, the amount is automatically transferred to the seller's account.


What should I do if the buyer rejects the order?

You don't have to worry if you have successfully delivered your order. Because by following the messaging between you and the buyer, we can solve possible problems.

In cases where we cannot reach a solution, we may request additional evidence by sending you a message. The evidence you send us is reviewed within 48 hours, and the process ends.

If you were right as a result of the investigations, the money would be transferred to your wallet, and +1 successful transaction will be added to your account.
