Top Up Conditions

• In the Top-Up section, your orders will be processed within 24 hours at the latest after they are placed and orders cannot be cancelled during this period.
• In case of incorrect information such as Player ID, you are responsible for that. If you enter a different player's ID, it will not be possible to cancel the transaction and refund the fee.
• Carefully review the domain information on the order screen. If your account is not in one of the domains we serve, your order will be cancelled.
• No refunds are possible after the Top-Up order has been completed.
